STEP 1
Download and install the Maildir duplicate remover tool. Then, click on the “Next” button.
Now, upload single or multiple Maildir files/folders and hit the “Next” icon.
If you want to add folders of Maildir then check the “I Am Converting Multiple Users” option and add the folders.
Or if you are adding files, then browse the single/multiple files from the device.
All the folders and subfolders will appear on the screen, where you have to check/uncheck the required folders and tap on Next button to continue the process.
And select the desired option between the “Search Duplicates within the Folders” and “Search Duplicates Across the Folders” options.
Apply the advanced filter to select specific data using the “Filter Option” tab.
The Maildir duplicate remover will choose the desktop location by default, for the desired location using the Browse button.
Hit the Extract option to start the process.
You can analyze the live process, as you can see in the screenshot.
After the task completion, you will get a confirmation message and hit the “OK” button.
Now a saving log report will open automatically that contains the complete process details.
STEP 13
And selected location will open automatically with the resultant folders.
