STEP 1
Download and install the software on your system properly.
And then, you will get two options to add MBOX files/folders using
- Select Files: To add single/multiple MBOX files.
- Select Folders: To add folders that contain multiple MBOX files.
Here we choose folders that store various MBOX files from the system and click on the “Next” button.
Check/uncheck the required data of MBOX files that appear on the software’s panel and hit the “Next” button to continue the process.
Two options will appear, select the required one as per your need between the “Search Duplicate within the Folder(s)” and “Search Duplicate across the Folder(s)” options.
The MBOX duplicate remover also provides an advanced feature option that enables users to remove specific duplicate emails via Date range, To, From, etc.
The software will select the desktop location, if you want to select the desired path to save the resultant file, then use the Browse button.
And hit the “Extract” button to remove MBOX duplicate emails.
Wait for a while, and a confirmation message will appear on the screen select the “OK” button to continue.
STEP 10
And selected location will open automatically with an MBOX file that has no duplicate emails.
