STEP 1
Download and Install the Outlook Duplicate Remover tool on your system.
Now you have to add the Outlook data file using the given options, such as:
- Convert Configured Outlook Mailbox Data: If your outlook profile is connected to the same machine, then the software will load the complete profile automatically from the default storage location.
- Let Me Select my Outlook Mailbox Data: This option enables users to add single or multiple PST files at once using the “Select Files” and “Select Folders” options.
If you have corrupted PST files, then enable the “Use Recovery Mode” option.
All the folders and subfolders will appear on the screen, where you have to check/uncheck the required data as per your needs.
Now two options will appear to choose the required one between Search Duplicate within the folders or across the folders.
If you want to split your PST files after the process, then you can split them into 2GB, 5GB, and 10GB using the “Split PST” option.
Also, you can choose the required language using the “Change Language” option such as English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Italy, Finnish, Polish, and Czech.
From the “Filter Option” tab, you can apply the advanced filter option to remove the selected duplicate emails via Date range, To, From, Subject, etc.
Now the tool will select the desktop location by default to save your data, to change the path as per your need, use the “Browse” option.
And hit the “Extract” button to start the process.
A confirmation will appear on the screen and hit the “OK” button when the process will be completed.
A saving report will open on the screen, which contains the complete details about the process.

And then, the selected location will open automatically where your resultant data will be saved.
