Step 1: Download Add-on "ImportExportTools" from Mozilla Official website: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/

Step 2: Go to » Addon » Extension

Step 3: Click on Icon Gear » Install Add-on From File...

Step 4: In this step, you need to browse .xpi file that you previously downloaded in Step 1 and click on "Open" button. Let the process finish and, after that click on "Install Now" button.

Step 5: Exit and Restart Thunderbird again.

Step 6: Click on LocalFolders and then, Go to » Tools » ImportExportTools » Import MBOX File

Step 7: Click on radio button named "Import directly one or more mbox files" and then, hit "Ok" button.

Step 8: Now, set the folder and click on "Open" option. This action will import MBOX file on left side of the screen in selected profile.

Step 9: Read imported MBOX file content in Thunderbird email client and enjoy new environment.

Step 1: Click on "File" ribbon at the top of your Outlook 2016 and 2013 screen.

Step 2: Go to Open & Export » Import/Export. (*This action will open "Import and Export Wizard")

Step 3: Select "Import from another program or file", and then hit "Next" button.

Step 4: Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and hit on "Next" button.

Step 5: Browse converted .pst file to import. Under "Options", select required option and hit on "Next" button.

Step 6: In ths step, you will see two options named:

For Outlook Mailbox:
"Import items into the current folder"

For Office365 Mailbox:
"Import items into the same folder in:"

For importing items into Microsoft Outlook, choose first option "Import items into the current folder" and click on "Finish" button.

Access MBOX File in Apple MAC Mail

Step 1: Open Apple MAC Mail and Go to Menu - File » Import Mailboxes, as shown in given below figure.

Step 2: In this step, a dialog box will appear with different import options. Select "Other" and hit on "Continue" button to proceed next step.

Step 4: Now, just select "Messages" option and hit on "Choose" button to select the MBOX files. This action will prompt an option to load MBOX files.

Step 5: In this step, you will be asked to select single or multiple MBOX files. If you have more than one MBOX file, you can select all the files. After that, hit on "Continue" button to proceed next step.

Step 6: After finishing the last step, you can check your imported MBOX files in "Import" directory as shown on given below image.
