STEP 1
Download, install, and run the PST Extractor on your Windows System.
Now, you can see two options to upload your PST contacts files and folders into the software interface, which are:
- Add Files: Use this option to upload single/multiple PST contacts files.
- Add Folders: click this option to upload an entire folder that contains numerous Outlook PST contact files.
Once you upload all the files into the toolkit interface, you can see all your contact files in a tree-structured format on the left side of the tool’s panel. Now, select any folder to see the information of that folder in a table format. Then, choose any specific contact files to view their complete details in the “Message Preview” section, if that contact has any attachments, you can see that in the “Attachments” section.
Now, click on the “Convert” button on the top of the software panel to open the saving options interface. From here you can “Select the Saving option” as per your requirement. Apply the “File Naming option” to arrange and manage your output files more easily.
Next, specify your desired destination location to save your resultant output files by clicking the “Change” button. Then, press the “Convert” button to start the PST contacts extraction procedure.
STEP 6
Now, you can see the live Outlook PST contacts extraction process in the software interface. Wait for the process to complete. When the procedure is completed, the software will automatically open the destination location that you specified earlier. From there, you can access your resultant converted PST contact files.
