Now, you can upload your Outlook profile data and files using the given options.
- Import Configure the Outlook Account Mailbox Data: If your Outlook profile is set up with the same machine, then choose this option to load complete profile data automatically.
- Let Me Select My Outlook Mailbox Data: This option is for those users who have data in PST format to upload choosing Select Files and Select Folders options.
A recovery mode option is also available for the users if in case your file is corrupted or damaged.
After that, users can select the required files which they want to import into different file formats or email platforms.
This software provides multiple saving options. Users can select the desired saving option from the given drop list.
Head to the Filter Options tab to check multiple advanced filters for selective emails and other data.
After that, the user has to browse the destination path to save the final output data. Users can also save the output data into the external drive or network drive.
Users will get different file naming convention options in the software interface. It will help them recognize their files well.
Click on the “Import” button to start the live PST import process.
Finally, a pop-up box will appear on the screen showing a message for the completion of the import task.
Users will get a message showing information about the trial edition of the software.

Finally, after completion of the task get output data. The tool will automatically open the destination path showing output data.
