STEP 1
Download, install, and start the PST File Viewer on your Windows system.
Now, you can see the “Add File” option on the top right corner to upload your PST files or an entire folder into the software panel.
Once you uploaded all PST files in the utility interface, you can see all your Outlook PST files, emails, contacts, calendars, and other mailboxes on the tree-structured format on the left side of the software panel.
Next, you can see “Total Number of Email Messages” and other information in the toolkit’s panel in the table format.
Now, click on a specific email file in the utility to view its complete information. The “Message Preview” tab displays all information that is contained in that particular email, such as complete email content with an email header and body like the below screenshot.
STEP 6
In the end, press on the “Attachments” section to view all your embedded attachments.
