After that, select the Create a New Migration Endpoint option and then click the Next.
Thereafter, Enter the Endpoint account settings name and then enter the maximum concurrent migration or maximum concurrent incremental syncs as per your requirements, after entering the information, click the Next button.
Now, the IMAP migration configuration screen will open, after that enter all the information as shown in the screenshot and tap the Next option.
After all the endpoint processes, the endpoint setup running process screen will be opened, and you can see the running process status, after the running process sill complete click the Next button.
Thereafter, the add user mailbox screen will be opened, now click the Download a CSV File With Only Header Information, to download a sample CSV file of user information.
After downloading open the CSV file in MS Excel, and enter the user account information like email address, username, and password, you can enter the information of multiple user accounts at once, and save the file after entering all the information.
Email Address as destination email account’s email address.
User Name as source email account’s email address.
Password as source email account’s password.
Now, open the screen containing Step 13, and then click the Browse button to add a CSV file to the screen. After the adding click the Next button.
On the next screen, you can choose any option as per your requirements, if you want to skip these options then you can skip it and then click the Next button.
After this, the schedule screen will open, you can select all the information shown in the screenshot, but the time zone option has to be selected as per your country and then click the Save button.
Now, it will show the status of batch creation, after the creation is complete click the Done button.
Now, when all the processes are completed, wait for some time as per your Gmail to Office 365 migration data, once the process is completed you can see the Gmail data on your Office 365 email account.

#2: Use MS Outlook Email Application to Migrate Gmail Emails to Office 365
