- Similarly create a CSV file where it contains your source data and save it.
- Now, in the destination tenant, go to the Exchange Admin Center.
- Select Migration, then click Add migration batch option.
- Choose the IMAP migration option and upload your CSV file.
- Enter the IMAP settings: IMAP server: outlook.office365.com, Port: 993, Encryption: SSL.
- Provide a name and select automatically or manually start.
- Once it is done, update your DNS records of the new tenant.

- Connect your source Tenant using this command: Connect-ExchangeOnline -UserPrincipalName admin@sourceTenant.onmicrosoft.com
- Then, we export our Mailbox to PST by going to the compliance center.
- Click on Content Search, then create a new search and choose your mailbox.
