Step-by-Step: T-Online Mail Backup
Step 1. Launch the tool. Select T-Online or IMAP Server from the left panel.
Step 2. Enter your T-Online email address and password. If using IMAP Server, also enter the hostname (secureimap.t-online.de) and port (993).
Step 3. Select the folders you want to back up.
Step 4. Choose your output format. PST for Outlook, EML for most clients, MBOX for Thunderbird, PDF for archiving.
Step 5. Set the file naming option.
Step 6. Use Advanced Settings to filter by date range if needed.
Step 7. Click Backup. The tool downloads all selected emails and saves them in the chosen format.
Step 8. The backup is saved to your destination folder.
