Working Process of PST File Splitter Wizard

STEP 1

Download, and start Turgs PST Splitter tool on Windows computer

After the complete installation process, run the PST file Splitter on all Microsoft Windows platforms, including Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008, etc. below versions.

Note: - It is a client computer application, which acts as a client application on the Windows Server platform.

STEP 2

Select PST Files with “Add Files” option

The software provides dual options to select multiple PST files. The “Add Files” option allows you to select multiple or single PST files from a location path.

STEP 3

Select PST Files with “Add Folders” option

The "Add Folders" option allows you to select the contents of multiple PST files in a folder or subfolder from a single location.

STEP 4

PST Email and PST Labels or Folders Free Preview option

After selecting the PST files, the software shows all PST files folder or label in the interface. It also shows the Contacts and Calendar folders. Here, you can select any folder and get a free preview of PST email, contacts, calendar in the software interface.

STEP 5

Select the Required File Saving Option from the List

The software offers a large number of file saving options, choose PST to split large size PST files to smaller parts according to requirements.

STEP 6

Check Separate PST per User option

This is the first option to split oversized PST file into multiple small sized PST file. The Separate PST per user means that the tool will create a single PST file for each PST email, contact, and calendar.

STEP 7

Check Split PST for 2 GB, 5GB & 10 GB

When the users will check the Split PST option, then one can split PST file of any size into 2 GB PST file, 5 GB PST file, and 10 GB PST file. This option breaks a large size PST file into small fragments with attachments.

STEP 8

Pick Destination Location for Output Results

The software provides the option to save split PST files on the user desired location path. You can select any internal and external locations by clicking the browse button. You can also save resultant data to USB drives and Pen drives.

STEP 9

Press Convert Button to Start Split PST Process

Finally, click on the Convert button to start the PST file splitting process. The process takes a few minutes to complete.

STEP 10

A dialog box appears after process gets finished

When the process is completed, the software will open a complete box that show you the Split PST file is archived as per your requirements.

STEP 11

Open Resultant Location Automatically

When the process is finished, the software opens the destination location automatically.
